Job Title: Director Business Planning

We are seeking an experienced Director Business Planning to join our team at AA Euro Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of multiple project plans, monitoring project status and performance, and ensuring adherence to in-house processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and histograms for all bids in the region.
  2. Manage and mentor a team of planners to ensure they develop and expand their knowledge.
  3. Coordinate the development of multiple project plans, ensuring compliance with planning process.
  4. Review progress reports and dashboards on all projects weekly.
  5. Issue regional reports to the Senior Planning Manager.
Requirements:
  1. 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or strong trades background coupled with technical ability.
  2. 5+ years' experience in project planning, monitoring, and control.
  3. Excellent project planning and management skills, with ability to produce project plans from design and commercial information.
  4. Strong mentoring and supervisory skills, with ability to coordinate the development of multiple project plans.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Project/P6 or equivalent planning software, and Microsoft Office tools.
