We are expanding our operations in Kent, South East England, and seeking a skilled Mechanic/Fitter to join our team.
The successful candidate will have experience working on farm equipment repairs, be able to take ownership of their work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to establish a new workshop, develop efficient processes, and lead a team to deliver high-quality services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a new workshop for agricultural equipment repairs.
- Lead a team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement efficient workshop processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a mechanic/fitter in the farming industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid Right to Work in the UK.
