We are seeking an Agricultural Production Leader to join our team at Landcorp Farming Limited. This is a unique opportunity to lead our dairy farm team and drive excellence in agricultural production.
Role Overview
The Agricultural Production Leader will be responsible for leading the dairy farm team and driving excellence in agricultural production. This includes overseeing the daily operations of the farm, managing resources, and implementing best practices in dairy farming. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the dairy farm team and drive excellence in agricultural production

Requirements
- Proven experience in dairy farming or a related field

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in agriculture or a related field preferred
