Job DescriptionAs a key member of our revenue management team in London, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profits for our Starhotels properties. Your expertise will help us set daily, weekly, and monthly goals, establish strategies, and implement actions to achieve them. You will also analyze competitors' activities, ensure effective distribution channel integration, and develop internal stakeholder relationships.
In this role, you will work closely with the Central Distribution Operations Revenue Management team to set goals and develop strategies to achieve them. You will also monitor competitors' pricing and sales strategies, and ensure that our distribution channels are effectively integrated into our corporate revenue strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the CDORM to set Daily/Weekly/Monthly goals and establishing strategies and specific actions for achieving them (pricing, restrictions, overbooking, cancellation policies, promotions);
- Implementing daily reports, pricing, and specific analysis to maximize revenue strategies;
- Analyzing competitors' activities by monitoring the price point and individual sales strategies;
- Ensuring that the Starhotels, GDS, RCS, OTA's distribution-site channels are effectively integrated within the strategy of each hotel and the Starhotels Corporate revenue strategy;
- Checking rate integrity across segments and distribution channels is maintained;
- Developing and managing internal key stakeholder relationships in a proactive manner;
- Collaborating with all other departments to increase revenue performance and contribute in increasing revenue culture.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in revenue management, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. You should have excellent writing and communication skills, a strongly analytical and strategic approach, and demonstrable analytics tools knowledge. Knowledge of Central Italy markets is a plus. Maestry of Opera, Ideas, Synxis, and Travelclick is also a desirable skill.
