Job Description

Axiom Software Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze current data sources to identify areas for improvement and implement data parsing and normalization techniques to optimize data ingestion and processing.
  • Network Performance Monitoring: Analyze network performance and logging data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize quality of service.
  • Monitoring Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement monitoring solutions using industry-leading tools to ensure real-time visibility into system performance and availability.
  • Customized Reporting and Dashboards: Develop customized alerts, dashboards, and reports to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Search Query Optimization: Develop and optimize search queries, alerts, and reports to improve performance and scalability.
  • Log Analysis and Validation: Analyze log sources and indexed data to optimize search criteria and validate log data for accuracy.
  • Documentation and Collaboration: Document all actions taken during investigations and work closely with other teams to support the problem management process.
Requirements
  • Background in Desktop Support or Desktop Engineering: Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or desktop engineering.
  • Technical Background in Operating Systems: Strong technical background in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems commonly deployed in enterprise networks.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex events and identify root causes.
  • Collaboration and Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence through teamwork and relationship building.
  • Splunk and UberAgent Experience: Relevant experience with Splunk and UberAgent, with a strong understanding of data analytics and visualization.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex events and identify root causes.
  • Time Management and Attention to Detail: Excellent time management and attention to detail skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive Attitude and Motivation: A positive attitude and high motivation with a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
