We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data and Analytics Professional to join our team as a Technical Specialist. Key Responsibilities- Technical Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
- Data Platform Architecting and Engineering: Design and develop integrated data and analytical platforms for NHS Scotland, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Architecting and Engineering of Complex Data Processing and Data Wrangling Routines: Develop innovative data processing and wrangling routines to extract insights from large datasets.
- Architecting and Engineering of Innovative Data and Advanced Analytical Solutions: Design and develop cutting-edge data and analytics solutions to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Pro-Active Contribution to Service Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the quality and effectiveness of our services.
- User Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure that our data and analytics solutions meet their needs and expectations.
- Demonstrable experience of designing, developing, and implementing innovative data, BI, and analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of building data products (incl. ETL/ELT).
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
