The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring our desktop environments, ensuring consistent performance and providing essential technical support to our staff. This will involve working with a range of hardware and software solutions, helping users resolve technical issues both remotely and in-person.

Requirements: • At least 2 years' previous IT Support experience• Entra, Azure AD• InTune, Autopilot• Office 365 Suite• Network Troubleshooting• Strong interpersonal skills

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT professional who can provide exceptional technical support and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor desktop environments to ensure consistent performance
  • Provide technical support to staff, both remotely and in-person
  • Work with a range of hardware and software solutions
