Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurse

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess care needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
- Provide named nurse role to individuals who use our service.
- Promote and improve quality of service provided.
- Manage the unit in the absence of the Service Manager or senior staff nurse.
- Participate in the internal rotation system, including weekend working and nights.

Person Specification:
- Level 1 Registered Nurse RNLD/RNMH.
- Degree/HE Diploma level.
- Evidence of taking responsibility for meeting compulsory and essential training in previous post.
- Working knowledge of using common computer programmes such as email, internet, word-processing.
- Willingness to undertake further training.
