**Job Summary**

This is an exciting opportunity to join WSS Partners as a key member of our pan-European Portfolio Management team. As an Associate Director, Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic management of our UK Business Park and Logistics portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to drive new lease negotiations and optimize investment performance.
  • Integrate newly acquired properties into the portfolio, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value.
  • Manage capital expenditure and refurbishment budgets, overseeing projects from conception to completion.
  • Monitor and analyze asset performance using financial modeling, ensuring assets are within optimal ranges.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and performance, providing analysis and presenting initiatives to the board.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, providing insights into portfolio performance.
  • Utilize numerical skills to produce analysis on tenancy schedules, valuations, and calculate Net Property Income.
  • Coordinate risk management and implement Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies at the asset level.

**Requirements**

  • Degree qualified in Real Estate or Economics (or equivalent).
  • Proven commercial asset/portfolio management experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Financial acumen and ability to build complex formulas and analysis from scratch using Excel, interpreting budgets, business plans, and valuations.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

**Work Environment**

This role is based in Central London, with a flexible working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

**Compensation**

The salary for this role is £80,000 - £90,000, plus benefits and bonus.
