About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Amazon Freight team as an Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow our strategic portfolios through relationship building, engagement activities, and ensuring a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and grow an existing portfolio of strategic shippers and achieve volume goals with best-in-class service.
  • Maintain a high level of engagement from strategic customers and proactively identify the challenges they are facing.
  • Identify and lead complex projects or initiatives to solve customer pain points and improve experience.
  • Communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all types of audiences and not limited to writing narratives, business cases, and other strategic documentation.
About the Team

Amazon Freight is a B2B start-up within Amazon Transportation Services in Europe. We use air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology, to help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency.

Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions. We are a diverse team that plays a central role in our success.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.
