Job Title: Care Support Worker

At Enable Scotland, we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in making a positive difference to the lives of the people we support.

About the Role:

As a Care Support Worker, you will work with individuals who require personal care and support. You will assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Your role will involve building strong relationships with the people you support, understanding their needs and preferences, and adapting your support to meet their individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
- Build relationships with the people you support and their families
- Understand and respect the needs and preferences of the people you support
- Adapt your support to meet the individual needs of the people you support
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure high-quality support
