Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Ashgrove Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care activities.
• Lead and guide your team to deliver exceptional care, promoting a culture of dignity and respect.
• Facilitate seamless transitions and ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor residents' health and well-being, administering medications as required.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, addressing concerns with empathy and urgency.
• Promote independence and encourage social interactions and activities.
• Act on feedback and prioritize resident health and well-being.
• Champion respect and individuality, advocating for residents' needs and preferences.

About You:

• You are a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
• You have a passion for care and a dedication to improving the lives of our residents.
• You possess excellent communication skills, able to connect with people and provide clear, empathetic care.
