About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner in Dunoon. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to manage daily life, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide compassionate end-of-life care in the comfort of individuals' own homes, respecting their choices and wishes.

  • 35 days holiday per year, rising to 40 with service (pro-rata).
  • Paid travel time and additional mileage contributions of 45p per mile.
