Carr Gomm is a leading social care and community development charity. Our Home Care service in Dunoon provides support to people to lead a good quality of life in their own homes.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Practitioner to join our team in Dunoon. As a Support Practitioner, you will be the helping hand that people rely on, supporting them to manage daily life, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to manage daily life, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care
  • Work with individuals to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide compassionate end-of-life care in the comfort of people's own homes, respecting their choices and wishes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
What We Offer
  • 35 days holiday per year, rising to 40 with service (pro-rata)
  • Paid travel time and additional mileage contributions of 45p per mile

Contract Options

We offer flexible job contracts to suit your unique circumstances. Our Dunoon service offers the following job contracts:

  • Full Time (37.5 hours)
  • Part Time
  • Casual Relief Contracts
