Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced care professional to join our team as a Field Care Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting carers from their first interview to onboarding and beyond. Your primary focus will be ensuring new carers are trained to the highest standard and providing coaching and support to aid in their growth within the company.

Main Duties:
  • Supporting the branch team with recruitment, compliance, and customer reviews.
  • Conducting risk assessments and supervising carers to guarantee a safe working environment.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with customers to review care plans and address any concerns.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
  • Eligibility to apply for a Blue Light Card.
