Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager for a fashion retail store with a well known brand. You will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the retail store are managed effectively and support the Store Manager. You will be creating a fun and exciting environment for customers to come in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service every day

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Development: Inspire and cultivate a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Sales Performance: Strategically drive sales goals and performance metrics, ensuring the store consistently meets and exceeds targets.
  1. Customer Experience Excellence: Create and maintain an inviting atmosphere that prioritises exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every visitor leaves satisfied.
  • Collaborative Service Delivery: Work closely with your team to provide outstanding customer service, setting the standard for excellence in every interaction.

  • Visual Merchandising: Analyse commercial reports and implement compelling visual displays that enhance product presentation and drive sales.


Experience and Background:

  • Retail Expertise: Proven experience in retail, ideally in roles such as Supervisor, Floor Manager, or Assistant Manager.
  • Fashion or Accessory Knowledge: Background in the fashion or accessories sector, with a keen understanding of industry trends and customer preferences.
  • KPI and Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and budgets effectively, driving improvements in store performance.
  • Sales-Driven Track Record: A history of successfully driving sales and achieving performance goals.
  • Confident Leadership: A natural leader who motivates and inspires team members to reach their full potential.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Business-Oriented Mindset: A proactive approach to advancing store performance and contributing to overall business success.


The ideal candidate will be a self motivated, hands on team player with previous exposure to working in retail environment. You must be prepared to lead your team from the front during peak times.
