Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Acuity Associates. As a key member of our financial leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Financial Strategy: Collaborate with our clients to develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with their business objectives.
  • Strengthen Financial Operations: Implement robust financial controls, enhance financial reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive Business Growth: Translate operational improvements and market expansions into sustainable growth and improved profitability.
  • Lead Financial Team: Provide leadership and development to our finance team, setting the stage for potential advancement to more significant executive roles.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven Financial Leadership: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior financial role within high-growth environments, preferably within the private equity sector, manufacturing, or healthcare industries.
  • Strategic Thinker: A strategic thinker who is also hands-on in financial management, capable of detailed financial modeling and forward-looking financial management.
  • Technologically Savvy: Technologically savvy to drive modernization and embrace next-generation business practices.
  • Industry Expertise: Recognized CCAB accountancy qualification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing, healthcare, or project-based sectors.

Compensation and Incentives:

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary in the range of £150k to £200k, complemented by a robust package of long-term incentives such as LTIPs or equity participation, aligned with the company's growth and exit strategies.
