We are looking for a seasoned expert in Insurance Claims Handling to join our busy and collaborative Claims team as a Commercial Claims Handler. As a key member of our team, you will provide professional and excellent claims service to our clients from first notification to settlement, focusing on customer satisfaction and utilising your knowledge of Claims Handling to meet service standards.

The successful candidate will have robust Claims Handling experience and a full understanding of insurance claims procedures, as well as knowledge of Acturis system (desirable) and ability to use MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook.
