Accounts Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the sales and purchase ledger, providing support with finance and accounting-related tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales and purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Provide support with finance and accounting-related tasks, including payment runs, credit control, and invoicing.
  • Input financial data into our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the effective management of our financial processes.
Requirements:
  • AAT level 4 or equivalent qualification in accounting or finance.
  • Previous experience working with sales and purchase ledgers.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
