Business Growth Specialist

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to 20% year-on-year growth in new and existing product lines.
- Help clients understand the Alcumus Safe Suite of Solutions to make their businesses more compliant, safer, and stronger.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Inbound and outbound B2B telephone sales experience or recruitment background.
- Ability to follow up leads through to successful conversion and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Consistent track record of delivery to target in a new business environment.
- Proven experience in developing strong client relationships and setting stakeholder expectations.
