Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team at Client Server. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our proprietary trading systems built with C#.Net. You will work closely with our engineering team, collaborating with software developers, testers, and BAs to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to our trading systems, including front office order management and decision-making tools, and back office trade reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
- Work with software developers, testers, and BAs to ensure seamless system integration.
- Provide 3rd line support to internal users across the globe.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Commercial Application Support experience, ideally within a Fixed Income or trading environment.
- Strong technical skills with SQL, PowerShell, and/or Python scripting.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Degree educated in Computer Science or similar technical discipline.
