We are seeking an experienced SEN Tutor to provide 1:1 tailored lessons to support pupils in their educational development. This part-time position involves creating, planning, and delivering lessons during school hours, five days a week. Regular weekly reports are required to monitor progress.
This is a temporary contract until the pupil reintegrates into a mainstream school.
Key Responsibilities- Create and deliver engaging, structured lesson plans to meet individual pupil needs.
- Support and re-engage pupils in their learning, providing a safe and nurturing environment.
- Work closely with parents and teachers to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing support.
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
- UK classroom teaching experience, preferably working with challenging behaviour and disengaged pupils.
- Patient, creative, and able to think outside the box.
- A competitive salary of £25 per hour.
- Free CPD courses in safeguarding and behaviour management.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities through our In-house Training and Development Team.
