We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at Opus People Solutions Ltd. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of children and families.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work with a broad range of agencies and services in the region, responding to new referrals from professionals and members of the public. The goal is to provide effective support and guidance to those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to new referrals and assess the needs of individuals and families
- Work collaboratively with other agencies and services to provide comprehensive support
- Develop and implement plans to address the needs of those receiving support
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
