We are seeking a Care Engagement Coordinator to support the Engagement Lead in enhancing residents' quality of life through a meaningful lifestyle programme.

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum

Contract Type: Part-time (14 hours)

This role is based in Northampton and involves working as part of a caring team to deliver a whole home approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting the Engagement Lead in developing an engaging activity programme.
  2. Promoting a team approach to engagement and wellbeing, planning within the B&M activity framework.
  3. Working with the Engagement Lead to plan activities for any hours on duty, ensuring suitable resources and environments.
  4. Consulting with the Engagement Lead on plans and requesting additional resources when needed.
  5. Providing support and companionship during activities.
  6. Identifying special interests of each resident and planning activities accordingly.

Requirements:

  1. To hold a full UK Driving Licence
