Care Engagement Specialist

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a motivated Activities Coordinator to work in one of our care homes in Northampton, Northamptonshire, England.
In this role, you will design and deliver activity programmes that stimulate and engage our residents, promoting their overall wellbeing, independence, and social interaction. You will work closely with our care team, residents, and their families to tailor activities that meet everyone's needs and preferences.
Key Duties:- Create and lead activity sessions that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high-quality resident care and experiences.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and care staff to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity feedback.
