About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Expansion to join our team at ALOIS Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic networking, industry knowledge, and existing contacts.
- Proactively initiate contact with potential clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Persuade clients to sign search contracts on exclusive and/or retainer basis.
- Assist clients in formulating their expectations and contractual requirements to ensure suitable candidate matches.
- Work closely with internal researchers to match candidates to client profiles and create shortlists.
Requirements:
- A self-starter with a strong desire for success and the ability to spot new opportunities.
- Proven record in business development in the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Strong staffing and recruitment background.
- Driven individual motivated by sales results.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
- Well-organized and presentable with confidence.
- Open to frequent business travel across the region.
