About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join our team at White Raven Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our Estimating Department, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects by providing accurate cost estimates and liaising with architects and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for restoration and new build projects
  • Analyse project drawings and specifications to determine material requirements and quantities
  • Conduct site and client visits to gather necessary information for cost estimates
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure estimates are in line with surveyors' take-offs
  • Ensure effective handover of projects to the Contracts Director and Production Team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a surveyor or estimator in the construction or restoration sector
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Commercial awareness and proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
