Job Title: Sales Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Sales Estimator to join our team at NW Recruitment Services Ltd. As a Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects by providing accurate cost estimates and liaising with architects and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for restoration and new build projects.
  • Analyse project drawings and specifications to determine material requirements and quantities.
  • Conduct site and client visits to gather necessary information for cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure estimates are in line with surveyors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Estimator with previous experience in the construction industry.
  • Full driving license.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
