Job Title: Fundraising and Legacy Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fundraising and Legacy Administrator to join our Individual Giving and Gifts in Wills team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage legacy administration, and process donations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legacy administration, including processing donations and generating monthly legacy income forecasting reports.
  • Support the Individual Giving & Gifts in Wills Manager in implementing the legacy marketing strategy.
  • Lead the management of the charity database and process recording and thanking supporters for their donations.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate coding of fundraising income and execution of regular Gift Aid payment runs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in the charity sector.
  • Experience using a CRM database.
  • Proven track record and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
