Fundraising Officer

Human Appeal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fundraising Officer to join our team in London. As a Fundraising Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Fundraising team in achieving our fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage records of all income and expenditure of the Fundraising team and maintain a regional income tracker to measure performance.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all departments/business needs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations/projects while providing confidential executive support.
  • Contribute towards the development, maintenance, and delivery of the charity's fundraising plan regionally and nationally.
  • Collect and respond to information such as queries and complaints, internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative support role, e.g., as an Office Manager, PA, EA or Department Coordinator.
  • Computer literate, particularly in MS Office Suite and Donor Management systems, e.g., Salesforce.
