About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Team Leader. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing your team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Lead and develop your team, providing coaching and training to help them grow and succeed.
  3. Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational, managing stock accuracy and diligence checks.
  4. Support the Store Manager in deputising and delivering HR processes.
  5. Lead the introduction of new products and services, working closely with your team to implement change and encourage open feedback.
  6. Build relationships with customers and colleagues, supporting the Store Manager in delivering the local Co-op community plan.
