We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers at Tenpin Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for booking customers in at reception, being a point of contact for customer questions, and hosting individuals and parties.

You will work efficiently, show initiative, and be friendly. Exceptional customer service will be at the heart of your role. You will also need to be confident and comfortable when dealing with customers.

Key Responsibilities
