The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our children's services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable children and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of social workers, advanced practitioners, and newly qualified social workers
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children
  • Working closely with other agencies and professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families
