About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Social Care Professional. As part of this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding children and young people, identifying risks, and managing those risks. This position requires strong social work skills, including assessment, planning, and review processes.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and managing risks to children
  • Securing and supporting alternative homes for children, including those in and beyond public care
  • Undertaking specialist assessments within the Criminal Justice arena, including assessing needs and risks and undertaking child protection processes and investigations
