Job Responsibilities

As a Social Service Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals and groups, promoting recovery and resilience. You will work closely with other statutory and VCSE organizations to deliver care that meets the needs of service users and their families.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing holistic, evidence-based care plans in line with the Personalised Care Framework.
  • Delivering one-to-one and groupwork treatment-oriented interventions.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and participating in clinical audit programs.


The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of working with people with severe and enduring mental health problems, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of mental health and social care legislation.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
