Role Description
We are seeking an experienced social worker to join our Critical Out of Hours Support Team, providing urgent support to vulnerable service users, children and families in the evenings and weekends.
As a member of our team, you will work restoratively with children, young people, and families by being trauma-informed and strengths-based, building relationships to understand their lived experiences and provide the right support at the right time.
