Location: Surrey

Salary: Circa £40,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Care Operations Manager to join our team at Additional Resources Ltd, a leading charitable organisation in the health and social care sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with a focus on care operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in care operations management
  • NVQ 5 in Leadership / Management in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Strong management skills, with experience in leading teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, including fundraising, marketing, and communications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team of Senior Service Managers
  • Work closely with HR to identify recruitment requirements
  • Establish effective communication with operations, training, compliance, and contracts teams
  • Collaborate with Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications for fundraising direction
  • Deputise in the absence of the Head of Care Operations
