Group FP&A Director for Luxury Care Homes

Avery Healthcare is one of the largest providers of luxury elderly care homes in the UK, offering exceptional care across its growing network of over 100 homes.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Producing timely and accurate financial and non-financial reports for investors.
- Managing a team of data analysts to ensure dashboards and submissions are accurate and well-designed.
- Owning all FP&A elements of the business, including budgeting and cash flow forecasting processes.
As the Group FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our reporting landscape and enhancing communication between the Head Office and the rest of the business.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
