A leading provider of luxury elderly care homes, we're committed to delivering exceptional care and creating meaningful lives together. With a growing network of over 100 homes, we're looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as our Group Finance Manager.

About the Role

This is a pivotal position within our finance department, responsible for shaping our financial landscape. As the Group Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in producing timely and accurate financial reports, managing group FP&A requirements, and serving as a key contact for audit and corporation tax processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Production of monthly and annual consolidated financial reporting, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and latest pronouncements.
  • Audit Process: Overseeing the management of the Group's audit process, handled by the qualified Financial Accountant in the team.
  • Corporation Tax: Overseeing the management of the Group's Corporation Tax process, liaising with tax advisors to ensure all necessary information is provided.
  • Accounting Stewardship: Accounting stewardship of the various entities ledger management and account reconciliations.
  • Intercompany Agreements: Review and ownership of the intercompany agreement and reconciliation process.
  • Talent Development: Ensuring that team members receive tailored coaching and opportunities for upskilling.

About You

We're looking for an experienced and dedicated individual who can bring their expertise to our team. A DBS Disclosure check will be required for this role.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
