Job Title: Business Manager - Displays and Audio Visual Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead our displays category and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the audio-visual field and experience in managing business planning and delivering on strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with vendors to achieve jointly agreed deliverables and KPIs while creating and maintaining relationships with existing and new vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve targets, KPIs, and joint business plans while adhering to Exertis best practice.
  • Coach and mentor Product Specialists and Product Managers.
  • Ensure favourable terms are negotiated with vendors.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have a strong background in the audio-visual field, experience in managing business planning and delivering on strategy and growth, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
