Business Development Manager

At Kingdom People, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Sales Team to promote and sell our products to businesses in the UK.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring they are retained and offered additional services from our group.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be expected to:
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell our products to businesses in the UK.
- Build an online profile to seek further growth and potential referrals.
- Source new potential customers from referrals from our existing customer base.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to support the relevant post-sale processes.
- Handle any customer questions or queries they may have.
- Advise customers of other opportunities within our group that could be beneficial to them.
- Communicate effectively with finance to ensure customers have the correct credit limits and prevent missed payment issues.
- Maintain high standards of personal conduct at all times.
- Work well independently and have a positive impact when working as part of a team.
