Requirements
  • Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Ability to build trust and effective relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong communication skills, using a variety of techniques to engage with children and adults.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,200-£30,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide discounted childcare, up to 33 days' holiday, Smart Health access, and opportunities for professional development.
