The Job Description:

About the Development Manager (Individual Giving) role:

We are looking for a skilled Development Manager to lead our Individual Giving team and develop strategies to increase income, retention, and engagement through our Membership and Patron schemes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, marketing, and relationship management, with experience of managing a team and developing successful fundraising strategies.

Salary: The salary for this role is £50,005 - £55,655 per annum, plus benefits including a 35-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
