About the Role

We Are With You is seeking an experienced Safeguarding Manager to join our team in Stoke. As a key member of our Operations Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring robust compliance within our service, including with external regulatory bodies. You will work closely with colleagues to improve outcomes and ensure that safeguarding is always a priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a fully integrated safeguarding culture within our service
  • Ensure compliance with external regulatory bodies and internal policies
  • Work closely with colleagues to improve outcomes and share effective practice
  • Provide leadership and support to registered Social Workers
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Person Specification

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Social Worker with experience of leadership within safeguarding services. You will have a proven track record of provision of supervision to registered Social Workers and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
