Job Role

This is a rare chance to take on a leadership role in the automotive retail sector, shaping the future of our workshop and inspiring excellence in your team.

As Workshop Controller, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional service and repairs, cultivate strong relationships with the brand, and develop comprehensive training programs for technical staff.

  1. Prioritize high-quality service and repair outcomes to delight customers.
  2. Built robust connections with the brand and stay informed about warranty protocols.
  3. Design and implement targeted training initiatives for technical personnel and actively engage in their professional growth.
  4. Streamline workflow and optimize productivity in the workshop.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the customer journey.

You will report directly to the Service Manager and collaborate closely with the senior team to drive the continued success of the workshop and propel the team towards excellence.

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per year.
