We are seeking an Aircraft Technical Supervisor to join our Asset Management and Technical Services team in Basingstoke. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the continued successful delivery of projects across the region for our clients. Your primary function will be to oversee manpower on site, order materials, manage on-site works and snagging of mechanical biased projects, while acting as the liaison between the site and the project teams.

You will need to co-ordinate mechanical site works, review drawings and technical data, organise the ordering of small value materials/consumables, liaise with the buying department, check that works are being carried out to timescale and to the required standard/quality, raise mechanical issues identified through snagging or non-spec compliance, and ensure all issues are addressed and rectified before site personnel leave site at end of project. You must have a mechanical biased NC/HNC/MA/Degree or equivalent, proven on-site experience, CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS, good knowledge of welding principles and techniques, and a full clean driving licence. In return, we offer a holiday allowance of 31 days per year, rising to 33 days per year after 2 years' service, plus additional benefits such as a company pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, discounted national gym membership, professional fees paid, employee discount platform, and access to our network of health professionals including mental health champions and Occupational Health Nurse. Average salary £62,000 - £72,000 per year, depending on experience.
