Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Performance Improvement Manager to join our team at First Clinical Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving performance improvement across our clinical departments.
">About the Role
">The successful candidate will have significant experience in leading performance improvement initiatives, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions. You will work closely with our clinical business units to develop and implement performance improvement plans, ensuring seamless delivery and effective tracking of progress.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Oversight and tracking of delivery of performance improvement plans, working closely with clinical business units.">
- Provide support to divisional operational directors and divisional operational managers in developing/refining improvement plans.">
- Lead on oversight and support to the Transformation and Service Improvement Board.">
- Support internal and external reporting and assurance activities, including board and sub-committee performance reporting.">
- Support the redesign of business intelligence and reporting processes.">
- Contribute to operational performance planning activities, working closely with the strategy and transformation teams.">
