About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high standard of quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers cheerfully and attend to their requirements promptly, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Vehicle Management: Obtain and record full customer/vehicle details and accurate description of work to be carried out, liaise with the Foreman/Service Manager on the progress of vehicles in the Workshop.
  • Communication: Inform customers of any delay in completion, maintain the Workshop loading system, and prepare both cash and account invoices.
  • Customer Queries: Deal with customer queries and complaints, and ensure that information required for Warranty items is recorded on the Job Card.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with the Parts Department regarding parts on order for vehicles in the Workshop/Service customers/forthcoming bookings, and file Job Cards and other documentation.
  • Sales Targets: Help achieve sales targets as set out by the Aftersales Service Manager.
About You
  • Customer Service Experience: Strong customer service/administrative experience, with a flexible approach and a positive attitude.
  • Motor Trade Experience: Motor trade experience is desirable but not essential, with excellent communication skills and experience in a selling/customer service environment.
  • Qualifications: Full driving licence and evidence of 'Right to Work' in the UK.
