Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Care: Drive the standard in customer care with our diverse customer base, providing a personalized and professional experience.
- Relationship Management: Manage the relationship between customers and our dealership, building trust and loyalty.
- Service Process Management: Effectively manage the service process, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Value-Added Sales: Deliver effective value-added sales solutions to customers, promoting our products and services in an ethical and transparent manner.
- Administrative Experience: Proven administrative experience, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience handling complaints and resolving issues.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Evidence of customer-facing administrative experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Selling/Customer Service Environment: Experience working in a selling/customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Driving License: Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months, with fewer than 9 penalty points.
- Right to Work: Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK'.
