Architectural Technologist Opportunity

About the Role

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join a growing architectural practice in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to bring clients' visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team and external consultants to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Conduct surveys, feasibility studies, and risk assessments with strong technical and construction knowledge.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong Revit skills with live project experience.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure high standards are maintained on-site.
  • Attend client meetings and provide technical expertise to bring the client's vision to life.
  • Several years of industry experience in the UK would be essential.
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a collaborative approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a desire to embrace new and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent written, presentation, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic with a desire to join a value-driven, socially responsible practice.
